Built For When You Have To Work Solo...

Open houses | Showings | Client meetings | Vacant listings

When a new prospect’s call comes in, your first order of business is to log into the Big Red Button app… tap “Lookup” and enter the caller’s number. You’ll immediately see who the phone is registered to… the type of line, (Is it a burner phone?) and how long that caller has had that number.

Once an appointment is set, open the app… tap “Appointments” in the app and log it in. (The name, phone number, address, and the time slot.) Then… if you ever have to trigger the Big Red Button, that information will be inserted into the call made by the system to your contacts.

At least once a week you should log into the app and click on “Testing”… and run the test. Did the Button trigger the “back-him-up” warning? Did it call your test number.  This takes less than three minutes… and could save your life!

When You Need Help… FAST!

You’ve done it a hundred times. Unlocked the door, walked a stranger through someone else’s home, with no one else knowing exactly where you are… or who you’re with. Most days, nothing scary happens. But “most days” is NOT a safety plan!

Here’s what the Big Red Button actually does…

A simple double-tap on the button on your phone home screen, triggers a loud “back-him-up” recording… and at the same time, calls your designated contacts with your location… and the fact that you need help!

  • No unlocking.
  • No digging through apps.
  • No fumbling with dialing.

A loud, unmistakable alert IMMEDIATELY plays through your phone’s speaker, announcing that your location has been transmitted and help has been alerted.

It’s designed to do exactly what it sounds like; make the bad guy understand that it’s time to RUN!

The instant that the “back-him-up” warning starts playing,  your emergency contact’s phones start ringing. A real phone call… not a text that might sit unread. Whoever you’ve set up in the app know EXACTLY where you are… and that you need help.

No apps to fumble with. No 911 call that requires you to speak…

Add a minimum of three to your call list and the app will call all three.

Set it up once and you’re done…

After the initial setup, the whole system runs on a simple double-tap, all you have to do is log your appointments beforehand.

ForeWARNED is foreARMED…

The app has a built-in reverse phone lookup, so before you agree to meet someone you know absolutely nothing about, you can check the number they called on; line type (burner phone?), carrier, and available owner information… right in the app.

Why not just dial 911 yourself?

Because, in the moment that matters, you may not have the ten seconds it takes to unlock your phone… dial… and explain where you are to a dispatcher.

The Big Red Button does all of that the instant you double-tap that button; location, message, and a real phone call to colleagues who know EXACTLY what to do… all without you having to say a word.

You already trust your instincts to get you through most of your day.  The Big Red Button is there for the day your instincts need backup.

Most Asked Questions...
The Big Red Button is a personal safety app built for real estate agents doing solo showings and open houses. It lives as a shortcut on your phone’s home screen. With one tap, it can call the contacts you’ve set up in your”Call List” in the app. The automated call would  repeat your location three times.

At the same time, it would trigger a loud alert “back-him-up” alert on your phone. 99% of the time, this announcement would panic the would-be attacker into immediately exiting the location.

You add a home screen shortcut on your phone. (The app has instructions on how to install the shortcut on your home screen.)

When you tap it, the app instantly plays a loud “back-him-up” announcement, and at the same time, calls the contacts you’ve set up in the app.

The app works on all smart phones. No separate wearable or hardware device is required.
Yes. You can (and should) add your broker or office manager in your “Call List” in the app.
It’s built with solo showings and open houses in mind, since those are when agents are most often alone with strangers — but it works for any situation where an agent needs a fast, one-tap way to call for help.
Yes. Before using the app for the first time, log in and click on “Call List”. This is where you set up three contacts that the app would call if you ever need them to call 911 on your behalf. We HIGHLY recommend that you have a conversation with each contact, letting them know what to do if the system ever calls them.
Before every appointment, showing, or open house, log in to the app… click on “Appointments”, and log that meeting. (The prospect’s name, phone, address, and the time of the appointment. ) That information will be inserted into the call your contacts would receive if/when you tap the button during an emergency.

Important!  The ONLY way the app knows where you are is the fact that you logged THAT appointment into your “Appointments” in the app.
